Hi Sally.....I would like you to post this on your website so as everyone can read my story and how you and your detective agency have been truly a blessing to me and my family...I will never forget the care and compassion you and the other girls showed me when I truly felt hopeless in this situation and came through in a way I thought impossible....I would appreciate it if you could post this somewhere for others to hear my story and how much you have helped us:

My name is Lisa and I live in the state of Arizona with my two children, ages 14 and 12...My oldest son, Jimmy, is 23 and moved out here from Chicago too, with his girlfriend, much to my joy, since they were expecting a child in May......my beautiful grandson, Dryden, was born on Mother's day of this year, 2005.....I was in the room for the birth and it was amazing...I have never seen my son so happy as that day.....my son worked hard, paid the bills and Brittany stayed home with the baby....every day, my son rushed home from work to see Dryden....he was, as any father, amazed and in love in a way that only a parent can love a child....he fed him, got up with him at night, played with him, and kissed him at least 50 times a day...he could not wait for his first smile, first steps, first words....

Brittany grew restless and got on a plane when Dryden was two months old...she told my son she was "just visiting" her parents in Chicago.....after three weeks of saying that and my son vomiting everything he tried to eat, not sleeping, and basically going through the motions, trying to function without his child, we realized she was not coming back....I did not realize if a couple have a baby and they are not married, the mother will get full custody.....in order for my son to see his child, he would have to have her served papers and wait three months for a court date and there was nothing he could do.....not only that, she listed no permanent address in Chicago and serving her could take months and months in itself before there would even be a court date set three months from that point, meaning my son knew in his heart he may not see his child until his first birthday and cried in a way I can't explain to anyone reading this.....after we talked to an attorney, I decided to call Viper Detective Agency to help us try and serve her....

I knew she was going to make it difficult.....she did not register an address, we could get no police help since he had no court document for child custody/visitation, she had no place of work....she just sat in her parents house, not answering the door and not being seen to be served......I called Viper Detective Agency and I cannot tell you the compassion I felt after talking with them.....they cared and I knew it......the first time I called, Pat spent 40 minutes on the phone, listening to my story, giving me hope, promising me they will get her and serve her...it was the only hope we had after a month of helplessness......Brittany called my son on 8/9/2005, from her parents house, and I called Viper....I spoke with Sally and told her Brittany was home...she explained what they could do and how to do it and she, too, spent so much time explaining things to me and understanding and wanting for me and my family to serve her not only because it was her job but because she, without a doubt in my mind, cared......she sent Pat over to Brittany's parents house, knowing Brittany was waiting for some insurance papers...she knocked but they did not answer.....I was devastated but not surprised at all.....Pat waited and watched and when the mailman dropped mail in their box near the front door, she saw Brittany's mom look out the window so she knew someone wsa home.....she quickly knocked on the door, knowing ahead of time that Brittany's mom would think it was still the mailman, possibly with a package.....

Brittany's mom made her first mistake...she opened the door...why, because these girls are smart and they look nothing like a county sheriff serving papers......Pat said she had gotten their address from the social security office and was told they could reach Brittany there (which was not a lie).....her mother made her second mistake....she said Brittany was not home "at the moment"...meaning she would be home later.....she made her third mistake by saying, "I am her mother, I will give her whatever papers you have for her" (thinking they had to do with social security)...at that moment, Pat formally served her Brittany's mom, knowing full well, she did not have to serve Brittany herself as long as someone over the age of 18 said she lives there or would get paperwork to her.....

all she needed to hear was that Brittany would be there OR that she would see her and give her anything....Brittany's mother did chase Pat down and tell her "I am not served" a few times but she was.....this was Viper's first attempt at a serve and the difference between my son going to court and seeing his child in three months at the first available court date or a year after many attempts with her hiding out before be able to be served....I cannot express my gratitude...I cannot express the emotion.......when I was told the first time there was no answer, I cried and honestly believed my son would not see his child, my grandson, for a very long time....when Sally called me back 20 minutes later and told me they got her, she is served.....I cried...I cried for a long time and she listened and she cared and she understood......what touched me the most, was that she called back an hour later to see if I was okay and we talked for over an hour......that is the difference......we talked about many, many ways they have served people and how they do it....

I have not come across so many over the top, get it done no matter what, intelligent, hard working women in my life but to have that much compassion and truly care about their clients, well, I have no words to describe that.....that is above and beyond......so, I thank you Sally and Pat and every one of the girls that helped in this case.....my family owes you our deepest gratitude for a job well done above and beyond with a kindness that will never be forgotten at the same time.....you are all in the right business and it shows beyond a shadow of a doubt.....thank you, again....Lisa.
